Eggo® Minis Cinnamon Toast S’mores
Use Eggo Cinnamon Toast Minis to make this cozy classic over a campfire, or in your own kitchen!
Ingredients
- 6 pieces Kellogg’s® Eggo® Minis Cinnamon Toast
- 12 pieces regular size marshmallows
- 2 milk chocolate bars (12pc each)
Directions
1. Preheat oven at 450 degrees, on a baking tray lay out 6 pieces (4 minis each) of Kellogg’s® Eggo® Minis Cinnamon Toast. Follow cooking procedure as per box instructions. Remove from oven and let them cool for 2 minutes.
2. Break up size chocolate into two-square pieces and count out 12 marshmallows. Set oven to low broiler setting.
3. Once waffles are cooled and still on the baking tray, lay 4 pieces of chocolate (2 on each mini waffle) with one marshmallow on top of the chocolate. Only one side of the waffle should have both chocolate and marshmallow. Repeat with the other 5 waffles.
4. Once broiler is at temperature, place the waffles (open faced) back into the oven for 1 minute. Break apart the minis and make 2 s’mores for each waffle prepared. Enjoy!
Note: For the campfire version, follow cooking waffle as per box instructions. Pull apart Eggo® mini cinnamon toast. Set aside. Roast marshmallow over the fire as you like it. Put bite size chocolate on the base of the mini waffle. Once marshmallow is roasted, sandwich chocolate and marshmallow between two Eggo® Minis Cinnamon Toast waffles. YUM!
