Ice Cream Taco
This taco wraps a tasty waffle around chocolate ice cream, then tops it all with a fresh salsa made from strawberries and mango.
- 1 Kellogg's® Eggo® Homestyle waffles
- 2 scoops (3 tbsp. each) Breyers® 1/2 the Fat Creamy Chocolate Ice Cream
- 2 teaspoons chopped, fresh strawberries
- 2 teaspoons chopped, fresh mango
- Green sprinkles
- 2 teaspoons fat-free plain Greek yogurt
1. Prepare Kellogg's Eggo® Homestyle waffle according to package directions. Cool for 10 minutes.
2. Place both scoops of ice cream across center of waffle. Fold waffle in half around ice cream. Top with strawberries and mango. Add green sprinkles, if desired. Dollop with yogurt. Serve immediately.
