Our foods are available at grocery stores nationwide. You can search for the nearest retailer here and select WHERE TO BUY in the upper right corner of our website.

The Grab & Go Liege-Style waffles can be safely held at room temperature for up to 15 days and can be refrigerated for up to 35 days. All other Eggo® waffles, pancakes, or toasts should be kept frozen until ready to use.

Eggo® foods may be safely refrozen if they still contain ice crystals or have been held at 40°F or below. However, partial thawing and refreezing may affect the taste and/or texture.

Eggo® foods are not gluten free. Check out our sister brand Kashi for gluten-free waffle options. Always refer to the ingredient list on your package for information on the product you have purchased.

Eggo® foods may be available in larger pack sizes at Club stores or Food Service retail stores. Grocery stores can contact Kellogg® Sales at 1-800-253-0440. Food Service customers may contact our Away From Home Sales Division at 1-877-511-5777 or send an email using this link.

Please trust our labels. If an allergen is present, the allergen will be clearly included in the ingredient list and in a "Contains" or "May Contain" statement. This includes any risk of cross contact from supplier to shelf. If you are concerned about a top nine food allergen and it is not listed in the ingredient list, you can be confident this food is safe for you or your family to enjoy.

Because product formulations can change at any time, it’s important to read the ingredient statement on each package you purchase for the most up-to-date information.

Eggo® waffles do not include high fructose corn syrup; however, some Eggo® pancakes do. Please refer to the ingredient statement on the package you purchase, as recipes can change at any time.

You may be interested in our Buttermilk, Mickey & Friends, or Eggoji™ waffles as they contain 2 grams of sugar per serving.

Sodium Aluminum Phosphate is a leavening agent used to improve texture and tenderness. It’s an ingredient commonly used in baking mixes and is similar in function to household baking powder. Sodium Tripolyphosphate helps stabilize protein and maintain the texture of the product.

Eggo® foods are baked in the USA.

The milk ingredient is less than 2%.

How do you cook Eggo® waffles?

Appliance Preparation Instructions for Frozen Waffles
Air Fryer
  1. Set air fryer to 350 °F.
  2. Place frozen waffles in basket or on rack and heat for 4-5 minutes until crispy and hot.

Caution: Never leave heating appliances unattended while in use. Children should be supervised.

Air Fryer – Grab & Go Liège-Style Waffles
  1. Remove waffle from wrapper.
  2. Set Air Fryer to 300°F.
  3. Place frozen waffle on rack or basket and heat for 2 – 3 minutes.

Caution: Pearl sugar may be hot after heating. Never leave heating appliances unattended while in use. Children should be supervised.

Microwave Heating waffles in a microwave is not recommended.
Oven - Round Waffles
  1. Preheat oven to 450 °F.
  2. Place frozen waffles flat on baking sheet and heat in the oven for about 5 minutes or until crispy and hot.

Oven - Thick & Fluffy Waffles
  1. Preheat oven to 425 °F.
  2. Place frozen waffles flat on baking sheet and heat in the oven for about 3 minutes.
  3. Flip waffles and heat for an additional 3 minutes or until crispy and hot.

Toaster
  1. Heat frozen waffles in toaster at LIGHTEST OR LOWEST heat setting.
  2. Two toastings may be required to heat completely.

How do you cook Eggo® pancakes?

Appliance Preparation Instructions for Frozen Pancakes
Air Fryer
  1. Remove pancakes from plastic bag.
  2. Set air fryer to 350 °F.
  3. Place frozen pancakes in basket or on rack. Ensure they are not overlapping.
  4. Heat for about 4-5 minutes until crispy and hot.

Microwave
  1. Remove pancakes from plastic bag.
  2. Place desired number of frozen pancakes flat in a single-layer on a microwave safe plate.
  3. Microwave at HIGH setting until heated. See microwave times listed:
    • 1 Pancake: 30 seconds
    • 2 Pancakes: 45 seconds
    • 3 Pancakes: 1 min 15 seconds

Heating instructions developed using 1100-watt microwave. Microwave ovens vary. If additional time is needed, increase time by 15 second intervals. Overheating can cause pancakes to toughen.

Microwave - Pancake Minis
  1. Separate frozen pouches and heat only one pouch at a time.
  2. Open one end of frozen pouch to vent during heating.
  3. Place one pouch on a microwave-safe plate.
  4. Heat on HIGH for 30 seconds.
  5. Let stand in microwave for 30 seconds before eating.

Heating instructions developed using 1100-watt microwave. Microwave ovens vary. If additional time is needed, increase time by 5 second intervals. Overheating can cause pancakes to toughen.

  1. Preheat oven to 375 °F.
  2. Remove pancakes from plastic bag.
  3. Place frozen pancakes flat on baking sheet and cover loosely with foil.
  4. Heat in the oven for about 12 minutes or until heated.
